You Must Do in Oman
• See the giant green turtles nesting, and their hatchlings make their way to shore on the beach at Ras Al Jinz from May to October. Up to 20,000 turtles use this beach for nesting. • Visit the Bedu, or desert dwellers in their homes at Wahiba Sands, where some still live a nomadic lifestyle, the way they have done for centuries. They often will invite you into their homes for coffee and dates. • Dance with the dolphins at dawn when you take a dhow cruise into the pristine waters of the Gulf of Oman.

• Visit the Mutrah Souk – This is one of the most remarkable markets in Oman. There is an amazing selections of shop selling the most exotic and unique goods, from frankincense to gold, trinkets, traditional knives, clothes, jewellery and more. • Visit the Nizwa Fort and Nizwa Souk – The Nizwa Fort is one of Oman’s finest architectural structures and is an important piece of military history, that attracts a great number of tourists annually. The Nizwa Souk is located close by to the Nizwa Fort. You can pick up some amazing local produce, and absorb yourself in the culture and lifestyle of Oman. • Visit Salalah in the south of Oman, where mountains meet sandy beaches. This area is the monsoon belt of the Gulf from July to September, and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
